It is our goal at JBD to deliver you our 100% satisfaction Guarantee** if you are not satisfied with your bong for any reason please follow these simple steps within 30 days:
- Pack Bong in original packaging, Bong must be in new condition to be returned. (no used Pieces)
- Retrieve your Order # and Decide if you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Email jen@jeromebaker.com With your Order number in the Subject line. Inform us whether you would like a return or an exchange
- After you complete these steps: You will receive a Return shipping label via email. Print Out this shipping label, attach to your box with tape, and ship.
