Return Policy

IT is our goal at JBD to deliver you our 100% satisfaction Guarantee** if you are not satisfied with your bong for any reason  please follow these simple steps within 30 days:

  1. Pack Bong in original packaging, Bong must be in new condition to be returned. (no used Pieces)
  2. Retrieve your Order # and Decide if you would like an exchange or a refund.
  3. Email customersupport.jbd@gmail.com With your Order number in the Subject line. Inform us whether you would like a return or an exchange 
  4. After you complete these steps: You will receive a Return shipping label via email. Print Out this shipping label, attach to your box with tape, and ship.

**Returns not available to Custom Orders**

IF Your Item has arrived damaged! Please include pictures of both the box and Crack in the Glass when contacting customer support.
